Processing Time



  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may extend slightly.



Please note: Many of our items are handmade or custom-assembled, which may require additional processing time.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We currently ship using USPS (or other carriers as applicable).



Estimated delivery times (after processing):


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.




Order Tracking



  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.




Shipping Address Accuracy



  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • RRTNOW is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.




Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



  • Once an order has been shipped, RRTNOW is not responsible for carrier delays.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier first.
  • If you believe your package is lost, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.




International Shipping (Optional – include only if applicable)



  • International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.




Damaged Items



  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
